FAMILY ROOM.Very spacious light and airy, fully air conditioned throughout, vaulted ceiling with a fan for added comfort. There is cable TV, VCR, a large selection of video tapes, books and games.
MASTER BEDROOM. Very attractive with a queen sized bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a TV/DVD a Radio Alarm Clock, telephone, ceiling fan, dual aspect windows which look out to the pool and spa.
EN SUITE leads to a large walk-in shower, corner tub bath, his and her wash basins, mirrored on 3 sides, separate toilet, hair dryer and large walk-in closet. A truly beautiful Master Bedroom which several of our guests have commented on.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, bedside cabinet, large walk in closet, radio alarm clock and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3.A double bed with a large walk-in closet, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan,T/V/Video.Top of the range Crib and multi position high chair.
The second bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3. This contains a low bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin and toilet.
KITCHEN. A very light and airy kitchen with a large patio door leading out to a covered lanai (patio), which overlooks the pool. The kitchen is very well provided for, containing the following appliances: Electric cooker with a ceramic hob, built in microwave with extractor unit, a large fridge/freezer with a ice making facility, a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a toaster, a coffee maker, ample crockery, cutlery and glassware and we haven’t forgotten the teapot.
The Pool/Spa area has a secluded lanai providing shelter from the sun. Also for your convenience, is the luxury pool furniture, a ceiling fan and lighting. For safety, we have a child safety screen which fits around the pool area, should you wish to use it. The pool area is screened all around with trees, shrubs and plants for your privacy,what more could you ask for.

Loved the outdoor eating area, the jacuzzi, the huge en-suite to the master bedroom and overall the cosiness of it all.
It was a lovely relaxing holiday - mostly spent at Sea World, Busch gardens and Aquatica - the new Sea World water park. Small but fairly empty with some good rides.
And Manta was good but I still prefer Kraken!
Do hope to be back there soon..

This has been our 3rd. viit to Orlando and definitely our best. This place has really made our holiday.We thought the villa we had in 2003 was perfect but yours tops that one.All the little touches made it perfect,the place was spotless on arrival.

Thanks for letting us know about the pool last week when the heater broke down.
It by no means spoiled our vacation we had the best time and were sorry to leave! We are hoping to make it back in a couple of years and I can tell you we would stay at Ivy May again if it is available.
We had a mishap in the car on our drive down in which the availability of the laundry room was an added incentive,thank you for having the lights on in the villa.
We didn't arrive until 8.30pm the first day, on arrival the house smelled really nice when we went in.
I was apprehensive about renting a villa not knowing your business but I Have to say it has been a very positive experience.

I would like to thank you Dawn and Roy for letting us share a fantastic villa. It was quite,relaxing,clean + tidy and all round awesome.
We will definately recommend you to friends and family as this is a gem that needs to be shared.
After a 6 months tour in Afghanistan this was the ideal place to relax with my beautiful wife. Hope to stay again.
