We offer you a beautiful 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom pool home for the more discerning guest, situated at the fabulous Rolling Hills Estate, which is one of the closest communities to the Theme Parks, with just a genuine 5 minute drive to Disney and only 2 minutes to the shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. We are not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive, but what we offer is good value for money in a fantastic and well-equipped home where you’ll want for nothing.

We firmly believe that our home is amongst the finest that Rolling Hills has to offer and whilst we recognise you have the choice of any Villa, should you chose to stay in our home, you won't be disappointed as we care about your holiday as much as you do and assure you of our finest attention to detail.

Our 6 bed Villa facilities include:

• Games room including pool table, table football / foosball and table tennis table, also fully air conditioned.
• Master suite with King Size bed overlooking the pool area.
• Second Master Queen Size bedroom
• Queen Size bed, double bed and two twin bedded rooms with Jack & Jill bathroom, complete the sleeping arrangements.
• Large formal lounge and dining room with radio and CD player.
• Family room with 60" large screen TV, HBO (over 200 digital channels) and DVD player.
• Personal Computer with free internet access.
• Breakfast Nook seats 6 overlooking the pool and conservation area.
• Cable TV and DVD's in all bedrooms with special Disney TV and DVD Player in Disney themed bedroom.
• A selection of childrens and family DVD's are supplied for your entertainment.
• Fully equipped modern fitted kitchen including: dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, sandwichmaker, toaster, coffee maker & blender.

Pool & Spa heat is recommended between October and April at $147/£95 per week.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a cleaning charge will be added of $110/£70
