Our beautiful, well equipped villa is situated in the much sought after area of Indian Ridge Oaks. This is a quiet, select development with communal pool, tennis courts and a childrens' play area. The villa is in very close proximity to the main theme parks, (only 10 minutes away from Disney!) this means it is an excellent choice if you fancy a break from the parks for a swim, before returning for the evening fireworks.
Amongst its many features our home boast a large, south facing private pool, with Free solar heat, but also the option of gas heating for the cooler months.
Our hot tub, has a magical colour changing waterfall. The luxurious lounge boasts a 42'LCD TV and a playstation 2. Each of our guest rooms are equipped with Cable TV and the mater suite has a large screen TV and DVD player.
The villa has a fantastic fully carpeted games room, with darts board, an American "Games Station" 7 foot pool table and other activities for yours and your childrens enjoyment.
The villa is also equipped with a home computer and FREE unlimited broadband internet access with WiFi and Free local calls.
The villa is luxuriously furnished, fully air-conditioned and well equipped throughout. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people.
Both of the double rooms are tastfully furnished. The master suite has a king sized bed, Large screen cable television with DVD player, clock radio alarm, telephone and direct access to the pool deck. It also has the benefit of a large en-suite bathroom with roman tub, over sized shower and double vanity unit, which leads through into the spacious walk in closit. The second double room is also beautifully furnished with a queen sized bed, cable television and clock radio alarm, as well as having full wall closits for all your holiday clothes.
The second well appointed house bathroom and shower is situated between the other bedrooms, with towel and linen cupboard and has good access from the pool area.
The villa has two twin rooms, one of which overlooks the large south facing Pool area, this room is beautifully appointed having ample storage and Cable television as well as a alarm clock radio
The other twin room is more suited to children. This room is decorated in a childrens theme and is equipped with a selection of toys, books, cable TV and a night light if needed.
The well equipped dining kitchen has all you will need and more, with dishwasher, wide bodied cooker and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and large fridge freezer with automatic ice maker. The utility room houses an automatic washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.
There is a large open plan dining room for more formal dining, which leads into the spacious lounge.
Our lounge is comfortably furnished and is the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine or two! after a hard day at the parks. The lounge has a large scrren LCD televsion with cable and a VCR with a selection of children's videos, a book library and a small selection of games as well as a music centre.
Patio doors open from the lounge out onto the lanai and large south facing pool area. On a saftey note all the doors to the pool area are fitted with an alarm system to stop youngsters venturing out without supervision. The 30x15 foot screened pool has constant solar heating and optional gas heating for the winter months. The pool area is reasonably private, walled at the far end and only partially overlooked from the side.
The new Spa/hot tub seats four people, and with its magical colour changing waterfall, is a lovely place to relax those achimng muscles after a long day out at the parks. Heating for the spa is inlcuded in the price given.
Our pool deck and lanai are luxuriously furnished with comfortable well padded chairs and recliners on which to soak up the best of the Florida sunshine or watch the beautiful sunsets. A gas bbQ grill is available on request for outside cooking and dining.
The villa has recently been updated and now boasts a fantastic fully carpeted games room with pool table, Electronic American games station darts etc. A PC with free Internet access is also provided for your convenience.
The house is managed by a very friendly English couple who live locally and are on hand to offer advice and help with any problems, they can be contacted easily by the direct dial freephone number from the villa phone, which can also be used for laptop internet access and to keep in touch with friends back home, incidentally all local calls in our villa are free.
We also provide all towels, bed linen, several hair driers, a safety deposit box (located in the master bed closit) a highchair, cot/crib with bedding and stroller/buggy.
Electricity and end of rental clean, are included in the price, the only extra would be for use of the gas pool heat, which may be required from December to March and is an extra £100/ $160

although the pool is equipped with effective solar heating, Gas heat may be required between late October and Early April. Gas heat is available at an additional cost for all or part of your stay at $27/£17 per night. Spa heat is included.
