The Manors North at Westridge has the advantage of being a GATED community and Gate numbers will be given on final payment. Both the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are easily accessible with our location close to the I4. The US27 is now one of the most sort after locations in the Disney area with new shops and restaurants being built all the time. The New Super Wal Mart is just 5 Mins away.
The Manors North is a GATED Community, located on the US27 which is five minutes South of the US192 and Five minutes North of the I.4 The Villa is ideally located and gives easy access to all the Disney Parks as well as the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Coasts.
For golfers there are some 30 courses within fifteen minutes drive. Highlands Reserve, Polo Park and Greg Normans all new 36 hole Champions Gate are all only about one mile away.
The Villa has every modern convenience including five Televisions and Videos, DVD, Radio/CD Player, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Large Microwave, Large Range Cooker, Fridge, Freezer incorporating an Ice Maker.
