There’s nothing like returning from a day at the parks, to enjoy the pool with the last moments of the day’s sun. The community is comprised entirely of detached villas. The entire area is immaculate and the overall impression is one of space, beauty and tranquillity. The whole house is air-conditioned. It can sleep up to eight people in two double rooms, two twin rooms. The master bedroom has a colour TV and VCR with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower, his and her sinks and a large walk-in closet. All other bedrooms have TV and large built-in wardrobes , providing ample space to store your clothes. The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates all the modern appliances that you would expect to find in a home of this quality. Oven Cooker with Built-in Microwave extractor system, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are supplied in the multitude. A separate room houses the laundry, equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels are provided by the Management Company. The pool has a water feature, a calming waterfall effect. Steps lead into the pool with a convenient handrail. The pool area is completely enclosed with a screen to provide protection from Florida’s insect population. Hot Tub/Spa. A sun deck contains sun loungers for those who wish to top up there tans. The patio faces south and therefore in the sun all day long, but a lanai area exists equipped with a table and chairs for people who wish to be out of the suns rays. The sun keeps the pool warm in all but the coldest weeks of winter, additional pool heating is provided for those weeks at a modest additional cost.
