The pool will be maintained and cleaned once a week for you. The home will be cleaned before and after your stay, should you require any additional cleaning this can be arranged for a extra charge. $12 basic clean further hours charged at $10 per hour

For stays of 6 nights or less a cleaning fee is payable of $110
A 25% deposit with completed booking form with secure your dates. The balance is then payable with a refundable security deposit of $400 due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
The security deposit if refunded 28 days after your departure and verification that no damage has been reported by our agents.
We accept payment by both Sterling and US dollars.
