Privacy and security are enhanced in that there is only one entrance to this exclusive estate. Our management team are based on the same estate giving you extra reassurance should you encounter any problems. This is an ideal location for your holiday. This Superb villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated about 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World.
THE POOL
Relax and enjoy our large 30’ x 15’ south facing pool. There is optional heating to maintain the temperature at approximately 84 degrees. Enjoy the integrated, raised massive 8 person Hot Tub/Jacuzzi at 100 degrees. A new Lanai provides shade if required.
THE VILLA
Our executive style villa is furnished to a high standard with full air conditioning or heating for your comfort. Furthermore this villa includes 9 Bew TV’and DVD's Including a new 60" LED HDMI TV with internet access - with a much clearer picture than the large back screen TVs in other Villas,Lots of cable channesl on all TV's which include Sports, European Soccer, Disney and many more. X BOX 360 Konnect, Nintendo Wii, PS2 consules play through a 50" HDMI TV upstairs, there is a large furnished Games Room. Also wireless internet broadband. Bring your lap top.
GROUND FLOOR
FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room tiled December 2011, opening onto the pool with NEW LED HDMI 60" TV, 1200w Home cinema surround sound DVD with IPOD and CD playing available. Seating includes a double sofa bed.
BREAKFAST DINING AREA - At the end of the Family room, a great place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.
LARGE KITCHEN – Fully equipped including a fridge freezer with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Gas range,George Foreman Grill, Microwave and everything you will need to cook and eat with. From the kitchen you have access to two dining areas.
LARGE FORMAL DINING ROOM - Seating at least 8 people.
TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS one with a Queen sized bed 32" hdmi TV and DVD and the other with a double bed 24" LED TV and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. A further separate ground floor bathroom is also provided.
GAMES ROOM – with a variety of games including Airhockey Pool Table and Table soccer.
UTILITY AREA – with washer and drying facilities and Ironing board with iron.
UPPER FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM – King sized bed, 32" HDMI TV and DVD player, with large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath.
FOUR MORE BEDROOMS – 1 with double bed, three with twin beds, all with 24" LED TV’s and DVD's.
FAMILY BATHROOM
LARGE LANDING / LOFT AREA with sitting area with comfortable chair, 50" HDMI TV with Nintendo Wii , New X Box 360 Konnect, PS controllers and a few games, best to bring your own.
