Champions Gate Golf Course is just 2 minutes away, as is the local supermarket and a selection of restaurants.
Ashley Manor is well situated for easy access to the I.4 for driving to Universal and Sea World.
Spacious 2 storey home with open plan layout. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and plenty of cooking equipment, dishes, glasses etc. There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer + iron and ironing board.
The dining area has patio doors leading to a covered area by the pool with table and chairs for outside dining. There is a ceiling fan outside. Inside the house there are ceiling fans in all rooms together with central air-conditioning and heating.
The lounge area has large windows overlooking the pool and lake and is very luxuriously furnished with 3 sofas and an oak TV unit containing 42" flat screen plasma HD TV + HD DVR recorder + DVD recorder. (A selection of videos and DVD's suitable for family viewing are in the house). DVD rental available from local shops.
The Master suite is on the ground floor with a King bed and 32"TV + DVD/VCR. There is a door leading to the pool area, and an en suite bathroom with corner bath and walk in shower. New luxury furnishings throughout.
All doors to the pool are alarmed for child safety. Next to the pool is a full shower room with toilet (perfect for after swimming).
Comfortable sun loungers and reclining chairs to soak up the Florida sunshine + patio table and chairs for outside dining.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with queen size bed and views to the lake. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 1 single and 1 double bed. There is also a family bathroom with full bath/shower and double sinks.
All linen and towels for use in the house are provided, you only need to bring beach towels. There is even a hair dryer.
Our local management agent looks after the house and visits our guests on arrival to make sure they are comfortable and answer any questions they may have, so you can be assured of a professional service.
Bookings are reserved with a deposit of £100 per week booked or $150. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before your holiday.

Peak season prices from $105.00 / £70.00 per week.
Gas pool heating $140 / £90 per week
Mid week bookings acceptable.
Special offers for late availability bookings and stays of 3 weeks or more. Short stay charge of $85 / £50 to be added for stays of 5 nights or less.
A deposit of £100 / $150 per week booked will secure dates
Final balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday together with a refundable security deposit.
