Sparkling Pool & Deck Area
Without doubt, the comments we receive most often from guests are regarding the simply stunning location of our villa and the sun kissed, south facing, stylish pool with extended decking, which has the enviable distinction of overlooking the 4th fairway of one of Orlando’s best loved and most challenging golf courses.
Relax in an array of luxury, deep padded sun loungers and chairs, whilst taking in this magnificent vista, safe in the knowledge that this impressive scene will form the breathtaking backdrop for the entirety of your Florida vacation.
So why not pop another cork, lay back, relax and simply indulge yourself…. After all, you’re on vacation…. and you deserve it !
Fabulous Family Room
Of course now that we have spoiled you with the stunning outdoor facilities, we know that your expectations will be set equally high as you explore the inside of our wonderful home. However, we feel that we easily rise to the challenge and offer as evidence one of our most popular rooms… The Family Room.
Spacious and appealing with it’s cathedral style ceilings and tasteful décor, you will instantly fall under the charm of this stylish room, which features a large cable TV, DVD player, CD player and a fabulous Playstation 2 games console, which is guaranteed to keep the kids and those still young at heart occupied for hours!
The soft tones of the two sofas in the Family Room are complimented by the matching coffee table and side tables, complete with decorative lamps, which help create a little mood lighting as the warm night time shadows draw in. What’s more, we guarantee that our marvellously comfortable sofas are exactly the reward your aching legs and feet deserve after a hectic day of theme park hopping!
An added benefit of this impressive room is also the direct access which is afforded to the sun kissed pool deck outside, via large sliding glass patio doors.
Luxurious Lounge Room
As if one great area for relaxing and chilling wasn’t enough, you can also enjoy the comfort and convenience offered by our second Lounge Room. Featuring two soft toned sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa), coffee and side tables with complimentary lamps and other decorative accents, we feel sure that this great space will prove equally as popular as the Family Room.
Kitchen & Dining Options
Once again you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to where to indulge yourself with that fabulous home cooked meal or simple snack, as the dining locations within our home are plentiful.
For a more formal dining experience we would recommend the stunning 6 seater dining table and chairs located adjacent to the Lounge Room. Or why not opt for the more casual dining and seating area alongside the fully equipped, open plan kitchen? Of course, to dine in true Floridian style, there is really only one option… so take that wonderful meal or snack and head out to the weatherproof table and chairs that offer year round al fresco dining at poolside. Trust us when we tell you that even the most humble sandwich tastes spectacular when you enjoy it in the warmth of the Florida sunshine!
Needless to say, our modern fully fitted, open plan kitchen features brand name appliances and every possible convenience to ensure that you feel right at home when you cater for family and friends.
Beds & Baths
Like the rest of our beautiful vacation home, our bedrooms and bathrooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort and convenience, all our beds feature quality linens, and likewise our towels, which are provided free of charge, are plentiful.
Master Bedroom Suite : Featuring a magnificent king size bed, remote controlled cable TV, walk in closet, complimenting night stands with decorative lamps and decorative accents, this light and airy room benefits from a master bathroom suite which includes a walk in shower, corner bath, w.c. and two his ‘n’ her sinks.
Bedroom 2 : This tasteful room features a double (full) sized bed, dark wood headboard and matching night stands with decorative lamps, cable TV and a large closet.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 : These ample twin bedded rooms which feature two full size single beds per room, closet, light wood night stand with a large table lamp and stylish decorative accents, would perfectly suit any age from young children through to fully grown adults. As always, our linens are of the best quality to ensure a peaceful nights sleep.
Bathroom 2 : This fully equipped light and airy family bathroom features a bath/shower combination, w.c. and a separate wash basin with vanity over and storage below.
Utilities, Additional Facilities & Other Stuff You Need To Know :
Our wonderful utility room is fully kitted out with a large top loading washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and an ironing board to ensure that you and your family always look your very best.
For our tiny guests we are please to supply free of charge, a travel cot (crib) and high chair, together with a fitted child alert pool alarm to ensure their safety at poolside.
A BBQ grill is provided should the urge strike you for a little outdoor cooking!
Our property is overseen by a wonderful Management Company, who are available to you 7 days a week during your stay, should you require, help, advice or assistance.
We operate a strict No Smoking & No Pets Policy within the house and would ask that you respect our wishes in this regard. We do allow smoking outdoors in the garden and on the pool deck.
The large double garage in our gorgeous vacation home will easily accommodate two family sized vehicles, although RV’s and trailers are not allowed due to community bylaws.
What’s Close By ?
As our fabulous vacation home is located on the gated community grounds of the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, you are of course invited to take advantage of the amazing community facilities, which include the clubhouse restaurant, pro shop, 3 community pools, tennis courts, gymnasium and a children’s play area.
Approx. 20 minutes away are the world famous Disney theme parks, and other area attractions.
Opposite the community entrance is a large WalMart store for all your everyday essentials, and adjacent on H’way 27 itself you will discover many bars, stores and restaurants offering a huge variety of styles and tastes to suit all budgets.
