Our two storey family villa is situated on High Grove community, the ideal location – just 6 miles from the Disney entrance, that’s less than 10 minutes drive to the Disney magic!! Situated where Highway 192 meets Route 27, our excellent location allows you to easily take a break when visiting the Disney parks and return to the excitement later in the day for the evening entertainment.
High Grove is an exclusive gated community, with a communal pool and clubhouse. It is very close to supermarkets (with SuperWalmart and Publix less than 5 minutes drive) and has excellent golfing facilities for all abilities nearby.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and has everything you need to make sure you relax between visits to all the local attractions, and make your dream holiday in Florida complete!!
Our two story villa has the benefit of a much larger floor area, giving you more space to relax in. As all the bedrooms are upstairs, the ground floor has a generous living and formal dining space, as well as a separate breakfast area.

Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms, all with generous closet space in addition to drawer units.
The master bedroom has a king size (6ft) bed, TV and an ensuite with bath and separate large walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size (5ft) bed, TV and a view of the pool
The third bedroom has twin beds, a view of the pool, TV and video player.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, TV and a PS2 console.
These bedrooms share the second upstairs bathroom, with bath and shower.
All clean towels and bed linen is provided free of charge. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
A large sofa bed in the lounge allows up to 10 guests to stay in the villa. Any guests sleeping downstairs have direct access to the large shower room which leads from the living area. This room has a ceramic tiled floor with WC, large walk in shower enclosure and vanity unit.
The light and airy ground floor is mainly open plan, with separate living and dining areas.
The living area has one three seater settee, one two seater settee and one armchair, all in top quality leather. There is also a 27” digital cable television, DVD player, video recorder and music system.
The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large dining table and six chairs.
The breakfast area has a ceramic tiled floor and provides an informal dining area with French doors that open to the attractive brick paved pool deck. There is a table with four chairs, as well as a breakfast bar with two bar stools.
The kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor and is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. The full range of kitchen equipment ensures effortless self catering, should you choose not to use one of the many restaurants nearby offering great value for money!
The games roomis equipped with a pool table, new table tennsi table, air hockey table and dart board for your enjoyment.
The laundry room with both washer and dryer is situated next to the garage (which provides additional drying space). An iron and ironing board are provided.
Outside
After a busy day at the parks, you can relax outside in the 26ft X 14ft private pool, or the in built Jacuzzi/spa – all fully screened to keep out the insects. The pool and spa can be heated at a small additional cost if required. We have a charcoal BBQ available for our guests use.
The ground floor shower room and WC are accessible directly from the poolside, ensuring maximum convenience for those enjoying the Florida weather!
A full set of luxurious padded patio furniture is provided (eight chairs and four sun loungers) allowing guests to eat ‘al fresco’ and relax in the Florida sunshine. Plastic crockery and glasses are provided to prevent breakages in the pool area.
A large back porch gives you the option of resting in the shade with a clear view of the pool (and no need to rush inside during Florida's famous 5 minute downpours). To meet Florida licensing laws, all access doors to the pool are alarmed to prevent little ones ‘escaping’ to the pool unnoticed. There are no other villas backing onto the rear of the property, maximising your privacy.

All telephone calls to North America and Canada are free. Free international calls can be made from the villa by agreement.
In the unlikely event of a problem arising whilst you are on holiday (relating to our villa) our Management Company are located just five minutes away and provide 24 hour support and a speedy service for all our guests.
