General Information Our spacious air conditioned 3 bedroom villa is located in the sought after Indian Creek/ Formosa Gardens area, which is undoubtedly one of the closest developments to Disney, (only 3 miles), with numerous restaurants, shops and a 24 hour supermarket only minutes away.
Our villa is fully serviced and maintained by our 24hr management company, from the cleaning of the villa to pool maintenance, to lawn service and pest control, everything is done by them. Therefore you are guaranteed everything will be perfect upon your arrival and you will have the most memorable vacation ever.
Lounge The large open plan dining room /living room is a fresh, and light room containing a dining table with six chairs, comfortable sofas, TV / Video / CD player / DVD with collection of family movies. Doors which lead out to the large private screened pool and hot tub with poolside furniture, sun canopy, barbecue and inflatable pool toys. Child safety alarms on all doors and windows linked to pool area.
Kitchen The kitchen has a fitted oven / hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, electric can opener, coffee perculator, kettle, all crockery and utensils provided, a kitchen table including four chairs, the washing machine and dryer are located in the garage. You will not want for nothing in this beautifully decorated kitchen.
Bedroom(s) All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms comprise of Master Bedroom with King bed, Second bedroom with double bed, Third bedroom with two twins.
