Indian Ridge Oaks is situated on one of the nearest sub-divisions to Disney,Always ask how far away the attractions are in miles not how long it takes !! i.e. 15 mins, you don't want to be travelling for miles and miles every day if you are visiting the theme parks.... Our house the Grande Sapphire is only four miles from Disney, which is very convenient when you leave the Disney parks at the end of the day and you only have a short drive back to your villa..... Indian Ridge Oaks also benefits from a Large Community Swimming Pool with lanai and ceiling fan and toilets, A Community Tenis Court is also available as well as a Children's Play Area.This villa sleeps 10 + crib very comfortably in 5 bedrooms
This Villa has 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2 of wich are en-suite, It is ideal for two families sharing.

This is a purpose built 5 bed 3 bath villa not a converted 4 bed 3 bath minus extra living room.
Master Suites
The 2 Large Master Suites are furnished and decorated to a very high standard, one with a King size bed + 32"LCD TV/DVD + telephone and the other with a Queen size bed 32" TV/DVD + telephone. Both are en-suite. The downstairs master bedroom has direct pool access and both rooms can be truly called master suites, so being ideal for 2 families - ensuring no arguments on your arrival!

Twin Bedrooms
The 3 Twin Bedrooms are equally spacious having ample storage space including built-in wardrobe closets. Furnished to the same high standards, one has a subtle Winnie The Pooh theme with Hannah Montana LCD TV/DVD. They share a third full bathroom located between them.
All 5 bedrooms have TV/cable television, and all linens and towels are provided.
3 Hair-dryers are provided in all the bathrooms.
A full sized cot (crib) is provided free of charge for our younger guests.
Family Room
The Large Family Room has french doors leading onto the covered lanai which also has an outdoor ceiling fan.
A full entertainment package is provided - cable TV/DVD/ VCR together with DVD library + quality furnishings and a ceiling fan for your comfort.
