The Great Family Room
This room as with the whole villa is furnished to a "de-luxe" standard.
Furnishings include two leather Sofa's,one opens up in to a two bed sleeping sofa, 27" TV,and entertainment center.
This special room has a high vaulted ceiling which adds to the feel of space.There is a ceiling fan to add to the ambience.
Dining Room
There is a six seating table and chairs in the Dining Room.
Kitchen
A fully equiped kitchen with all the every day appliances you would expect and need on your vacation.
This is an open plan kitchen fitted with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer complete with ice maker, and much more...
The quaint kitchen nook area can accommodate an additional 4 people at meal times.
Two Master Bedrooms
The first master bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling.
The first master bedroom en-suite bathroom has access to the pool area.
Each master bedroom have large King Size Bed,walk in closet, and a separate en-suite bathrooms.
Each master bedroom is fitted with 19" Cable TV.
Both master bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Two Twin Bedrooms
Each having twin beds and separate 13" Cable TV's.
Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The 5th Bedroom
The 5th bedroom is furnished as a Family Room with a 2 bed Sleeping Sofa, 19" TV, Sony Playstation 2.
This will provide parents with a little bit of space whilst their children enjoy some cable TV or games on the Playstation.
Private Heated Swimming Pool
Our 30 x 12 pool faces south east and enjoys a really stunning lakeside and woodland view. The pool area is fully furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun lounges. You can sit under the Lanai take in the shade whilst watching the children in the pool. The perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine (or a glass of beer),think back on all those great moments of the day and plan where you are going out to eat tonight!
All access doors to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.
For additional safety for toddlers we have a removable child safety screen to stop young ones wandering in to the pool.

Just wanted to say thanks very much for letting us book your house in Orlando. We had a fabulous time and the house was just perfect for us. We were very lucky to have some great weather whilst we were there - it was in the high 80s every day (had been 60s before we left).
The kids had a great time in the pool.
If we go back to Florida we will certainly use you again and if any of our friends that are thinking we will certainly recommend you highly.

Thanks very much for helping make our family holiday to Florida extra special, including all the helpful advise before we left,the need for the 75 cents in change for the last toll booth on the Florida Highway, which is not manned in the evening,was especially helpful! Your Villa at Sandy Ridge was very comfortable and had everything we could have wanted for the 3 weeks we were there in November 2009, we are already on the count down for when we re-visit your Villa again next October.
Having been to Florida a few times in the past, but this being the first time with our 3 year old son, we were grateful for the space
your Villa provided, the thought of staying in a hotel room with Lewis was not something we found appealing. The extra space in
Villa gave us a good excuse to hit the shops and take advantage of the cheaper clothing prices compared to back home!!
With the Disney Parks 10 minutes drive away, we were able to get back to the Villa to let Lewis have a rest in the middle of the day, before hitting the parks again for the evening entertainment, and with the local Publix supermarket being just down the road, this allowed us to get everything we needed, to do as little or as much food preparation in Villa as you would wish to.
We will be happy to recommend your Villa to Family and Friends, but please do not let them book the weeks we want in the future years.....!!!

Hi Guy.We enjoyed our stay at your home very much.
The view from the back was beautiful. I really enjoyed watching the sun come up each morning (nobody else bothered to get up that early, though!).
