Keokia is an executive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc. It offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete. It is the perfect place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.
Our home backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views. The deck area has been extended and, while it enjoys full sun all day there is also a shaded area under the lanai. Pool & spa heating is available and the area is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool provides a peaceful ambience in the evening and luxury pool furniture and pool toys are provided for our guests.
The living room has a Cable TV, DVD with home theater surround sound and a quality mini stereo system. The room enjoys views over conservation land. There is a separate family room with 27” TV, DVD and VCR and a number of films and CDs are provided for guests use as well as a Nintendo Wii games console and a Playstation 2 games console together with aselection of games for each. In addition there are traditional family games, childrens books and jigsaws for your use. The games room has a full sized slate bed pool table and a 'Thunder Road' digital slot car game, all enhanced by the Harley Davidson theme.
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a formal dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans you require and full laundry facilities are also provided.
There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites, all with king size bed, luxury bedding, cable TV and DVD and private bathroom. One twin room is located downstairs and has cable TV and DVD and a private bathroom. The remaining twin room is upstairs and has been decorated with a bright cheerful Disney theme, it has a cable TV/DVD and a private bathroom.
For our younger guests we do offer free use of a crib, highchair and stroller. A stairgate and crib bedding is provided. For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area have safety alarms installed.
Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeouts and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away.
Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The house is fantastic, and many thanks for the welcome pack, it was really great. The house is very comfortable and beautifully furnished, the addition of the computer and playstation games is a big hit with all the family. We love the pool and hot tub, we had a chill day here to day, the sun was shining and we relaxed by in the pool area until dusk, lovely! The beds are fantastic, it is rare to go away and have such luxury as great beds! What is really noticeable is the enormous effort that you have put into making this house feel like a home, not just another holiday let, and the difference is enormous. We have stayed in similar houses but this one wins hands down, it is just so nice.

Wow this house is amazing – definitely the best villa I have been in. The beds are really comfortable. We loved the pool and the hot tub is very relaxing. At night time go in the pool and listen to Mother Nature and the night chorus.
