The Sanctuary is a quiet, gated community with distinctive block paved sidewalks and driveways and attractive, ornate street lighting and mailboxes, which are small but pleasant touches to the surroundings. It is ideally situated just a short drive to Disney and around 5 minutes from Champions Gate golf course, Publix superstore, shops and restaurants. The well known highway 192 is also close by with many restaurants, such as The Outback and Red Lobster and further shops. The Interstate 4, also just 5 minutes drive, will take you to Disney and on to nearby Orlando, Universal Studios theme park, Sea World and International Drive, not to mention the fabulous shopping malls and many other excellent restaurants. The Sanctuary is also well placed for the major airports and visits to Kennedy Space Centre (about 1 hour) and the Gulf Coast (about 90 minutes).

A tastefully and beautifully furnished four bedroomed villa, with two bedrooms being en-suite. Fully air conditioned, with a private pool overlooking an extended lawn area and Peaceful conservation land beyond this, which contains a lake and small island that is home to many attractive birds during much of the year. The pool can be heated, whenever required (recommended from October through April), and there is an outside dining area, with table and chairs and a ceiling fan for added comfort.
An extra outside dinner service is also provided as are a barbeque and sun loungers.
There is a large garage, which has games available (air hockey & a mini putting green) for any children (or adults)in the party.
Inside there is a comfortable, carpeted living area with three sofa's. The living area overlooks the pool and has a coffee table, lamps, wide screen HD TV, DVD and stereo. One of the sofa's converts to a double bed, if required, hence a total of ten guests can enjoy the vacation. Sliding glass doors lead to the outside dining area and pool.
The dining area and modern kitchen are fully tiled and contain all of the normal amenities and utensils, as well as a telephone. Just off the dining area, hidden away, can be found the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. All linen and towles are supplied.
The two master suites contain attractive bathrooms, both with baths and separate walk in showers, twin wash basins and night lights so that you don't wake your partner or need to fumble for switches in the middle of the night.
All of the bedrooms have TV's and there is also a Playstation 2 in the Micky & Minnie room.
As well as the air conditioning, ceiling fans are situated throughout much of the villa, to provide a refreshing breeze.
There is a telephone on which free local calls may be made.
Although the villa is large enough to sleep up to ten it has been described as having a cosy, secure and comfortable ambiance by other guests.

Optional pool heating is £84 / ($130)....per week and should be requested at time of booking
A £100 / ($156) per week non refundable booking fee is required to secure your dates and the balance is due no later than 10 weeks before arrival.
The minimum rental period is 4 nights. Bookings of 4-6 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge of £55 / ($85).
Bookings for more than 20 nights can be negotiated at preferential rates. Please contact us for details and for any late availability deals.
