Florida Breeze Villa is located on the prestigious High Grove resort, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. High Grove is a small community of only 160 villas, all having terracotta tiled roofs and block paved pool decks, giving the community a Mediterranean feel.
Florida Breeze villa is one of only fifteen villas on High Grove that have an open aspect onto conservation land and lake. Situated at the furthest point from the main gate, the villa is quiet and not overlooked.
What could be better after a wonderful day at the theme parks than to come back to your spacious villa and cool off in the pool? Then perhaps relax in the spa with a nice glass of wine and watch a beautiful Florida sunset over the wetland conservation area.

This is our Florida home and it is our sincere wish that our guests come to enjoy and love the Florida life-style as much as we do.
GROUND FLOOR
Lounge/Family Room
Open-plan living space with comfortable three-piece suite. Entertainment centre with large cable TV, CD/DVD player, board games, CDs and DVDs. Small library.
Sliding door access to patio and pool area.
Dining Area
Elegant glass-topped dining table with six chairs. A window looks out on to the patio. Breakfast bar with stools.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, large stove, eye-level microwave, double sink unit with waste disposal, toaster, coffee-maker, blender and juicer.
Also provided is a large selection of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery/dinnerware, cutlery/silverware and glassware. Telephone, portable radio/CD player.
Utility Room
Contains washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, mops and brooms, fire extinguisher. Access to double garage.
Cloakroom/Pool Bathroom
Wash basin, wc, with door to patio and pool area. Pool towels. (Please note: these must remain at the villa and not be taken to water parks or the beach).
Pool Area
Large extended blocked paved patio area, 26' pool and spa/jacuzzi, both having multi-coloured underwater lighting. Palm Casual patio furniture comprising table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrella. The pool and spa can be heated if required (at additional cost). There is a gas barbecue/grill for guests' use.
Fully screened for comfort, this is the place to relax and chill out! With a westerley aspect, the sun shines from mid-morning until long into the evening, often giving lovely Florida sunsets. Mornings and evenings are a great time to watch the local bird life come to feed.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom
King-size bed, walk-in closet containing a safe, large cable TV, clock radio.
En-suite bathroom offers double wash basins, large bath/tub, walk-in shower cubicle, hair-dryer and separate wc.

Queen-size bed, cable TV, clock radio, large closet, with private access to bathroom.
Bedroom 3
Twin beds,cable tv with Play Station 2 and games, clock radio, built-in closet.
Bedroom 4
Mickey themed bedroom with twin beds,cable tv, clock radio, built-in closet.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 access the 2nd bathroom via the landing.
2nd Bathroom
Bath/tub with integral shower, wc and wash basin. Hair dryer.
Baby equipment
The villa is also supplied with a high chair, 2 cots/cribs, stair gate and single and double buggies/strollers.
Security
High Grove Resort is a gated community.
The villa has an ADT security system.
All accesses to the pool area are alarmed to alert adults should young children try to enter unsupervised.
Deadlocks are fitted to front and rear doors, and a security bar and lock are fitted to the sliding patio door.
Keyless front door entry.
Electronically operated garage door.
Fire extinguishers.
Florida Breeze villa is fully equipped with an executive furniture package. It offers full air-conditioning /heating.
Ceiling fans in the lounge area and master bedroom provide an alternative to AC.
The villa is supplied with all linen and towels (including pool towels).

Our Management Company can arrange welcome packs and flowers/champagne for that special occasion.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking in the villa is not permitted. Sorry, strictly no pets.
High Grove Resort has a Clubhouse with large pool and spa, fitness center, computers, and games and activity rooms. It is manned by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Opposite the clubhouse is a children's play area. There are also two Boules/Petanque courts and Horseshoe pits, with boules and horseshoes available from the clubhouse. A monthly entertainment programme is organised by the staff.
If you want to play golf then you are going to be spoilt for choice. Fishing, horse-riding, airboat rides and hot-air ballooning are all available within minutes.
