Located in the beautiful quiet sub-division of Four Corners Sunny Asha Villa has 2691 sq.feet of living space, is fully air-conditioned with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, nook, large dining kitchen, a well equipped games room, complimentary high speed wireless internet access and a totally private screened pool and decking area. The Villa sleeps 8 but can be increased to 10 with the aid of a queen sized sofa bed.
For the safety and security of our guests the Villa has had a pool fence fitted and the patio doors leading to the pool and deck area have had alarms installed. The villa has a police linked security alarm system.
The villa features all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a southwest facing private screen heated pool with fully furnished extended deck, to provide sun filled days. What could be better than relaxing by, or swimming in the illuminated pool at the end of an exciting Orlando day, or starting the day with a splash!!
Just 10 minutes from Disney our new two storey executive Villa can be found off Interstate 4 and North on US Highway 27.
Our privately owned Villa has been carpeted throughout the dry areas and tiled in the wet areas and has 4 bedrooms (and a queen size sofa bed in the living room) 2.5 bathrooms and a heated private pool which is not overlooked. The Villa has been furnished to a very high standard and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending an exciting and active day out at the parks and shopping malls of Orlando.
Sunny Asha Villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard with air conditioning throughout and overhead fans in the Master bedroom, Living room and Family room. Our villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, nook, kitchen, laundry room, complimentary wireless internet access and a games room. No expense has been spared in fitting out each room of the villa with tasteful and high quality furniture. The Family room has a large flat screen cable TV and DVD; The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances, including a large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice making facility and chilled filtered water; the dining room is stocked with quality crockery and cutlery; The living room has a queen sleeper sofa: The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, cable TV/DVD, hair dryer, en-suite bathroom, his and her vanity sinks, a separate shower cubicle and walk-in/large closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a super king sized bed and TV. The two “twin bedrooms” have two full size single beds and cable TV/DVD and a Play Station 2 is available for use. A surround sound system has been installed in the villa and services the public areas and the master bedroom. Also available are a Cot/Crib and a High Chair. All bed linen and towels are provided
A sliding patio door leads to the southwest facing heated pool and extended deck area and is enclosed by a pool net to keep any mosquito's and bugs at bay; A Telephone is available with free local calls. The garage has been converted into a games room complete with Air Hockey, Pool Table and many other games and books including a Wii console to keep all the family members occupied. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The pool and deck area is furnished with 4 padded sun loungers, a table and parasol and 4 padded chairs. Pool toys and towels are provided. Towels can be taken to the water parks and we would ask that these are returned to the villa.
Walt Disney’s World Drive is just 10 miles and around a 10 minute drive away. Sea World and Universal studios are 25 minutes drive away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 72 miles and one hour drive away.
Ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a few minutes drive away.
We are also just a short ride away from many top quality golf courses in a golfers paradise including Champions Gate and Highlands Reserve.
The glorious Florida beaches such as St Pete’s, Clearwater and Daytona are only 60 to 90 minutes away and all the other theme parks can be reached within the hour.
As an optional extra the pool can be heated, this is recommended between the months of October through to April.
