The open plan dining area seats 6 people very comfortably. A separate laundry room houses a large washing machine and dryer.
Outside, the 30' by 15' pool and separate spa provide the perfect environment for a relaxing holiday. Luxury, fully upholstered pool furniture guarantees your comfort. The pool can be heated if required.
This property is situated in the very popular area of Crescent Lakes, off Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee. Disney is a leasurely 20 minute drive away and the many attractions of US192 are even closer, being 10 minutes at most. US192 has a dazzling array of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, ranging from dinner shows to crazy golf. If you fancy wandering further afield, the Atlantic Coast resort of Cocoa Beach is an hour away or you might fancy going to the Gulf Coast, in which case St Petersburg is around 90 mintes to 2 hours, depending on the traffic.
All in all this is the perfect vacation venue, close to everything, beautifully presented and peaceful and quiet for those times when a little rest and relaxation are required
