The Living Area is the quite area of the villa where you can relax away from the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen, includes a built-in microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer, telephone (all local calls are free), cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, plus a raised bar area for breakfasting. The spacious living room comfortably holds a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sleeper sofa. Cable TV and a DVD player are provided as are TV's with cable in each bedroom. The four bedrooms consist of two Kings and two twins. Of the three bathrooms two are en-suite. One of the twins is decorated in a Winnie the Pooh theme and the other Sea World. The villa has its own screened 26'x13' designer swimming pool with screen enclosure and spa for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home. Last, but by no means least, the Games Room - complete with pool table, air hockey and darts - perfect after a day at at Disney for the children to play whilst you relax by the pool!
