There are many excellent golf courses in the area Falcons Fire,Highlands Reserve and Championsgate.
Located on a private prestige secure gated community whose facilities include community pool,volleyball and a childrens safe play area.It also has a central park with even a cabana.
Clubhouse Fitness Centre
Strike a pose!!! Yes the club house fitness centre is now open and ready for you to work up a sweat. It is fitted with bikes, running machines, ab crunchers (sounds painful) and a lot more. When you visit why not put on your best gear and have a go in the new fitness centre.
Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet)
We've gone absolutely wireless!!! Yes the wireless internet has been installed in the clubhouse and is ready for use.

Our sophisticated NO SMOKING home is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your well deserved vacation in the Florida sun.It is on one level so there are no stairs to worry about.
It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated to put you in that special holiday mood.
Our villa is fully air conditioned // heated so that there is a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
Alternatively you could spend the time enjoying a cool drink on the patio.(Patio furniture provided.)
Doors to the pool area are alarmed for children`s safety.

This home is close to all the major attractions and if the parks are proving tiring close enough to return for a dip in your pool before returning for the evening.The pool is private so there is no sharing with dozens of other people no more looking for a lounger or towels.(Bliss)

Seaworld 20 minutes,Universal Studios 20 minutes,space coast 50 mins,this home is in a fabulous location.
The New Wal*Mart Superstore is within 8 mins drive the biggest shop we have ever seen !However there is a Publix less than 5 mins away for the last minute essentials you may have forgotten.
