There is plenty of accommodation to sleep up to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for one family to spread out and relax in comfort!

Our wonderful home offers the best of both worlds - conveniently near the excitement of Orlando, yet far enough away for total peace and relaxation.

All living areas and bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans for added comfort.


*** FAMILY ROOM ***

Guests are invited to relax in the spacious and comfortable family room which overlooks our lovely pool area. This room comprises of a large cable TV with DVD player and DVD'S, along with a large selection of books, family games and puzzles. Enjoy watching your family play while you relax in the 2 seater or 3 seater sofas, or make use of the matching occasional tables with beautiful table lamps and coffee table. This room is the haven you truly deserve after a busy day at the theme parks.

*** lIVING ROOM & DINING AREA ***

For more tranquil surroundings, retire to the peaceful living room with the comfortable 3 seater sofa and arm chair. To accompany the sofas there is 2 matching occasional tables with lovely side lamps and a beautiful glass top coffee table.
The formal dining area is the perfect place for a special family meal (if you choose to cook!). The stunning table with its 6 matching chairs is ideal.


*** KITCHEN AREA & NOOK ***

The beautiful fully fitted open plan kitchen is equipped with every amenity you could possibly imagine including a large oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer with ice-maker, larder, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery.

There is a breakfast bar with stools and a nook with table and chairs that has an inviting view of the pool area.

*** THE MASTER BEDROOMS ***

There are 2 luxurious master bedrooms;

Master Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed (6ft), bedside cabinets, walk-in closet with plenty of coat hangers and security deposit box, dresser, cable TV and clock/radio. This leads to a large en-suite bathroom with two vanity basins, a large vanity mirror with "Hollywood" style spotlights above, bath, separate walk in shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and all the towels you may need with plenty of cupboard storage space.

Master Bedroom 2 includes a standard size double bed, bedside cabinet, walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space, chest of drawers, cable TV and clock/radio. This leads to a 2nd en-suite bathroom with vanity basin, large vanity mirror with "Hollywood" style spotlights above and ample storage in cupboards below, medicine cabinet, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer and of course plenty of towels.


*** GUEST BEDROOMS ***

Both guest bedrooms 3 and 4 have been tastefully decorated and have twin beds, bedside cabinets, clock/radios, walk-in closets with plenty of hanging space and additional storage.

The 2 guest bedrooms are served by a well-proportioned family bathroom with bath/shower, WC, vanity basin, vanity mirror and again "Hollywood" style spotlights above, medicine cabinet, hairdryer, towels and storage cupboards.

A high quality foldaway sofa bed with plenty of bedding has also been provided in the living room if required, which can be quickly and easily made up.

*** FOR THE LITTLE ONES ***

The little ones have not been forgotten. We have a full-size WOODEN cot/crib complete with all bedding and an adjustable highchair. There is a large selection of books, lego, toys, rattles and puzzles too. There is also plastic cups, plates, knives and forks, all to make life easier for families with little ones.

*** LAUNDRY ROOM ***

A separate laundry room complete with full size washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner. You can return home with suitcases full of clean clothes!

*** GAMES ROOM ***

The recently updated games room is equipped with a full size pool table, table-tennis table, giant Connect-4 and dartboard for the enjoyment of the whole family.

*** SOUTH/SOUTHWEST POOL & DECKING AREA ***

Relax by the inviting fully screened 28ft x 14ft swimming pool. The larger than average sundeck has 2x luxury padded loungers, 6x luxury padded chairs and table - perfect for al fresco dining, cooling off or simply topping up your tan.
Additional low-level screening has been fitted for extra comfort and privacy.
An outside light in the pool area and multi-coloured fibre optic pool lighting make evening swims an enjoyable experience.
There is a pool blanket which can be used to retain the heat overnight should it be required.
A removable child safety fence has been installed for the protection of younger children.
A Propane BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. We welcome you to utilise this during your stay.

Our beautiful home is situated on the pristine community of The Retreat at Legacy Park only 10 miles from Disney Main Gate.
Close to all major attractions, shops, supermarkets and wonderful restaurants with an abundance of Championship golf courses nearby.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure booking

Please note that 6-night bookings (or less) are subject to a £50 cleaning charge
Propane gas for the BBQ is not provided. In the event you require propane this can be obtained from local supermarkets. The BBQ must be left clean. This will be inspected at the end of your stay and if found dirty a cleaning fee will be applied.
