Terra Verde is a master planned themed resort residential gated community. Located in the Disney corridor just off highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, just minute’s drive from the gates of Disneyworld, restaurants and shops are all within close proximity, together with many remarkable golf courses. It has many amenities, which are available to all our guests. Meeting the range of your needs and expectations, is, just exactly what our concierge is for. Other amenities include the beach and pool area along with a children's play area. There is a gym available and a games room. If you wish to schedule a massage at the clubhouse spa and exercise centre or if you'd like to book a tee time at one of the many great golf courses nearby, just ask.
VILLA EDEN
Hall / Family Room
The spacious hall leads on to a large open plan living / dining area. The high vaulted ceilings give lots of light and the whole of this area is tiled. The villa is fully air-conditioned but also comes complete with a ceiling light / fan in the living area. The living area comes complete with upgraded furniture comprising of two luxury sofa's with marble side tables. The lamps, pictures and window dressings have been individually chosen to make your stay in Villa Eden one to remember for all the right reasons. There is also a 57in Sony television. The patio doors lead out to the 21ft-shaded lanai and then onto the wonderful pool & spa area.
Breakfast Nook / Kitchen
The kitchen comes complete with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen equipment comprises of electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. There is a telephone for your use (which accepts incoming calls and local outgoing calls only)
Our breakfast nook seats four guests comfortably, with two additional seats available at our breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom 1
This stunning master bedroom contains an impressive Queen size bed with sumptuous Gold bedding and upgraded mattress for your comfort. The furniture is also upgraded and this bedroom has direct access onto the pool & spa area. This room comes complete with a walk in closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
The bathroom also has direct access to the pool & spa area.
Master Bedroom 2
As with master bedroom 1 this room also comes equipped with a Queen size bed with upgraded mattress. This bedroom comes complete with bedside tables, chest of drawers and closet. It leads onto the 2nd master bathroom with coordinating shower curtain with wonderful accesories and stylish towels.
Twin 1
This twin room contains 2 twin beds with individual hand picked furniture. Yet again we have gone to lots of trouble to provide wonderful bedding accessories for the comfort and delight of the children in your party. There is a closet available in this bedroom and the third bathroom is in close proximity.
Twin 2
This room has two twin beds with closet and bedroom furniture. We have decorated this bedroom in a ‘Disney Theme’. Bright and Breezy colours with soft toys available for the younger, or not so younger members of your party. This bedroom is also in close proximity to the 3rd bathroom.
We also have a lovely Mickey TV for the little ones with the Disney Channel
Bathroom 3
We have continued our Disney Theme on into the 3rd bathroom with Mickey shower curtain and accessories.
All bathrooms contain a hairdryer
Pool & Spa area
Our South Facing Pool & Spa area has the added benefit of a breath taking Lake View. Our extended decking comes complete with a 21ft-shaded lanai, if you should need shade in the hot afternoons. We have lots of pool furniture for your use including tables, chairs and loungers. We also have a children’s area set aside in the shade of the lanai with play table available. The pool comes complete with a safety fence, for those not so sure of the water, and then the whole of the pool is screened for your added comfort.
If you fancy a meal at the poolside we provide a George Foreman Outside Grill.
The All American Games Room
The games room comes complete with an array of pictures an draped flags. A Large sectional sofa is available along with a pool table, foosball table, TV, PS2 & HI FI
An assortment of games & books will be available for your use.
A washer and dryer are available together with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron. Baby equipment is also available for your use with stroller, high chair, baby listeners, Bed guard, night lights and a travel cot.
For your addtional peace of mind and security we have an ADT- MONITERED SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM
