Bookings of five nights or less will incur a $75 cleaning fee.
The resort is run like an hotel. It is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year. Key cards are to be obtained from the Reception desk at the Clubhouse on arrival. You will also need the key cards to access the resort facilities i.e. clubhouse, etc. Cordial staff of Superior Management Group, the Management Company, will be available to assist with all your needs.
The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure
A $250 damage deposit will be taken in the form of a valid credit card imprint at time of arrival. This will be no charge made to the credit card unless there are damages to the property. Please report any damages to the Property management group.
Please be informed that on arrival a $10 per night resort will be charged. This is for the unlimited use of the excellent resort facilities i.e. Swimming Complex, Clubhouse, Fitness centre etc.
Cancellations of bookings up to 6 weeks before departure will involve a loss of deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 6 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking
