This is a stunning, huge,2900 sq ft - 5 bedroom home with large pool (15 x 30 ft) with inground spa -and lake view, in a tranquil setting on Sunrise lakes one mile north of the 192 road on the US27. This home is only 18mths old and is loaded with extras and upgrades - including games garage with pool table, glide hockey, fussball, and double electronic basketbal. There is a 52" HDTV, in the first family room with C.D/Hi-Fi, All of the bedrooms are spacious and have cable t.v./ dvd combo and the themed bedroom also has a PS2. Wi-fi is available as is a bbq. There are 3 Kingsize bedrooms, 1 queensize bedroom and a themed twin room (Winnie the Pooh meets Spongebob!!).Currently there are 3 bathrooms a fourth one is to be added in the New Year. The large pool also has a remote control which changes the colour of the pool/jaccuzzi light!!
It is fabulously located 7-8miles from Disney and 1 mile from the nearest Walmart- superbly furnished and comprehensively stocked - with all linens,house and pool towels,plenty of crockery, cutlery even hairdryers and tongs. There is a laundry room with all facilities, washer,dryer, iron and ironing board. Childrens equipment is also provided including toddler bed, crib, highchair and stroller. It is located 7- 8 miles from Disney and 1 mile to the nearest Walmart and close to all shopping and restaurants. There is a local 24hr on call management service close by for your assistance and for any info you might need. In short this is a fabulous home from home providing everything you need for your special Florida vacation so come on - relax - enjoy and pack light!!
