This is a wonderful 5 bed villa in a serene setting in the gated community of Sunset lakes yet only 5 miles away from Disney .
Sleeping 10 the home has 1 master bedroom with walk in shower and bath complete with private balcony.2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms 1 of which has door out to pool deck.2 bathrooms with shower and WC.

Our home is situated on a quiet cul de sac and as Sunset Lakes is a mature community there should be minimal noise by day and residents are asked to keep noise at night to a minimum!!!
Disney is just 4 miles away with its many attractions and closer to home there are a mouthwatering array of restaurants and shops on Highway 192 which is less
Than 1 mile away
Orlando is the no 1 holiday destination with over 50 million visitors yearly -over 20 theme parks including
Magic Kingdom,Sea World,Universal Studios,Wet n Wild,Animal Kingdom,Discovery Cove
Busch Gardens is about 60 mins drive away-home to the fastest rollercoaster in the world

Cape Canaveral is also well worth a visit

We had a wonderful time.
Weather was cold for few days, at least no rain.
Hot tub was great we used it almost every night.
Tried fishing for a little bit, no luck.

Everything in the villa was absolutely fine and we weren't short of anything
whatsoever.
With previous villa rentals we've aways been requested to put the linens
etc. in the wash and to try and leave everything as clean as possible, I
would do this anyway as I think it's only courteous to leave things as you
find them.
I'm sure your next guests will be as delighted as we were.

What a beautiful, spacious home to come back to after a long day at a Disney
Theme Park. The quiet neighborhood surrounds a lake which can be viewed from
the kitchen, family room, master suite, and the first floor queen bedroom.
That queen bedroom also has a slider out to a unique waterfall pool which
was relaxing and fun! The new hot tub was just what we needed after a long
day of walking. The house was clean and provided us with all we needed! The
location was particularly great. We came back from Disney midday to swim and
eat, then went back to a park later. This house easily accommodated 2
families.
