The villa has 4 bedrooms all very comfortable with plenty of storage space to unpack. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower and WC with two of the bedrooms sharing the adjacent bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Adjacent the kitchen is the utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar is sited adjacent this area. This room leads on to the sitting room with comfortable seating, Wireless internet, TV, DVD, hi-fi and a playstation to keep the kids entertained. The sofa converts to a double bed increasing the villa capacity up to 10 beds if required. From the sitting area a patio sliding door leads to the pool and deck area ( a full net enclosure system keeps the area free of any bugs, but lets the sun shine through!). We have upgraded the pool furniture and of course the spa is a must after a long day at the parks. A double garage contains a games room with table football / Darts etc.
Glenbrook Resort
Glenbrook resort has everything you need as a base for a great vacation. The villas are well presented within a peaceful and relaxing environment, each with its own individual style.
The community is set well back from the main US 27 highway and there is no traffic noise.
The clubhouse has plenty of facilities that are free for our guests to use during their stay. These include a Gym, A media room with a PC and giant home cinema system and a games room with air hockey and pool table. Outside, the large communal pool has plenty of sunbeds and water feature in the pool itself. Alongside the pool is a tennis court and sand volleyball court. (We have tennis rackets and balls for use by our guests.)
Our Villa is situated at Glenbrook Resort on US 27 just above the junction of the US192. This is a popular location for holidaymakers wishing to indulge in the nearby vacation attractions including Universal Orlando, Seaworld, Wet’N’Wild waterpark and of course Disneyworld Florida.
However that is just the tip of the iceberg as they say. Within 15minutes drive there are other unexplored delights, such as Lake Louisa State Park. One can take it easy by spending a day away from the parks and relax with a picnic at the side of the lake or take a stroll along one of the lovely shaded nature trails. Also close by is the historic Citrus Tower near Clermont where many orange groves once stood. You can still ascend to the top of the tower for some stunning views.
Further a field you could visit Busch Gardens. (The best park in our opinion) Here you will experience true adventure and excitement with a safari park setting. The park is easily accessible by either car or courtesy coaches, which leave from various locations, close by in Kissimee.
In either direction east or west you can drive to spectacular beaches at Clearwater on the gulf coast or Coco beach on the Atlantic coast. For the keen golfer there are numerous courses for beginners to professionals nearby.
Our management company is just around the corner on US 192 and can help with any problems you may have and assist with any attraction ticket bookings you may need. If you need to stock up with food or drink there are plenty of shops at the entrance to Glenbrook including a Walmart Supercenter and Winn-Dixie supermarket.
Travelling along US 192 from the US27 you will find a vast array of dining establishments catering for all tastes from snack bars to excellent restaurants. You will then find excellent shopping at “Old Town” a shopping experience with unusual gift shops and of course the weekly classical car show.
