Our 3 Bedroom Villa is furnished to a very high standard and provides comfortable accommodation.
The private sundrenched pool is fully screened, totally unoverlooked and is complimented by luxury pool side furniture, ideal for chilling out after a long day at the theme parks.
Bass Lake Estates (off the US 192, between Markers 14 & 15) is a small community and is situated in what can only be described as one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida.
Its sweeping entrance combined with lake access, lush landscaping and natural conservation area provides the perfect peaceful setting for your holiday.
The location is further enhanced by the children’s recreation area and BBQ area available to guests.
Few villa locations provide walking distance to : 24hour Supermarket, Shops, Local Nightlife, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Mini Golf, Restaurants, Bars and Bus Service to the Major Theme Parks and shopping malls if you prefer not to drive. The US 192 has recently undergone improvements (beautification), incorporating new planting, landscaping and pleasant walkways and cycle paths.

Our villa is looked after and kept to a very high standard by our locally based management company. They are both friendly and efficient.
All luxury quality bed linen and towels are provided.
Accessibility: The property is all on one level
Changeover day is flexible.
The property is available after 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
LOCATION
The Villa is only 15 minutes from Disney Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World and close to other Orlando Major Theme Parks such as Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre and Great Shopping.
WALKING DISTANCE TO : 24hour Supermarket, Shops, Local Nightlife, Medieval Times Dinner Show, Mini Golf, Restaurants, Bars and Bus Service to the Major Theme Parks and shopping malls if you prefer not to drive. Beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Sanford and Orlando International Airports are easily located by major roads, only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford Airport.
Its location also provides easy access to the Florida Turnpike and the Interstate 4 making travel to all parts of Florida very convenient.

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.
A booking deposit of £200 or $250 will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Like many other villa owners we require a Security Deposit of £200 or $300, payable with the balance of your holiday. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client 21 days after the completion of the holiday as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by the Letter’s Management Company.
You may wish to have the pool heated between the months of October and April. We charge a rate of £80 or $130 per week for pool heating.
