Vista del Lago is a peaceful manufactured home resort, gated and guarded 24 hours a day and offers a wide selection of resort style features including 3 swimming pools, fitness room, tennis courts, a million dollar club house, sauna and spa to name just a few features. It is one of the closest locations available to Disney and you could easily break a day at the parks by going back home for a cooling swim or head back in the evening for the spectacular fireworks. We can even give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic.
Our large and spacious manufactured home has over 2100 square feet of elegant air-conditioned living space and is set on an extended corner plot overlooking a large retention area so there are no rear neighbors.
Your comfort is our main priority and our home is beautifully furnished throughout and has everything you could need to make this your vacation home from home.
Living Area
Our home has a great open plan design. The living area has a soft leather suite with a reclining sofa and rocking and reclining armchair so you can sit back, put your feel up and relax. For that great movie experience, we have a 55 inch HDTV with dvd player and an upgraded cable package with over 300 channels. To enhance our extensive dvd collection, we also have a Bose Surround Cinema Sound System.
The house is fully air conditioned and has remote control ceiling fans and a built in audio system.
Second Family Room
Our Family Room has a 50 inch HDTV with a Wii Game System and is a great way for all the family to join in the fun together. It gives the kids somewhere to play while Mum and Dad sit back in the living room and relax. We have a great dvd collection for all the family that includes over 100 Disney classic movies.
South Facing Sun Deck
We have a raised wooden sun deck at the rear of the house where you can sit and relax and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine. The deck is beautifully lit in the evenings and is an ideal place to enjoy the peace of the neighborhood and relax. We have a large gas BBQ so you can enjoy dining outside on the deck and make the most of Florida living at its best.
There's an orange tree right next to the deck, so reach up and pick a Florida fresh orange. We also have a grapefruit tree and lemon tree so your own fruit supply is right at hand! The deck has high end padded rattan furniture, sun loungers and a dining table with comfortable padded seating and a large sun umbrella.
Our home is located on a large over-sized corner plot so there are no rear neighbors, giving you plenty of privacy on the sun deck.
Full Kitchen
Our kitchen has everything you could possibly need, whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family dinner. You will find the kitchen extremely well stocked with a wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. There is a large fridge/freezer with built in water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, stove and hob, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The breakfast nook is light and sunny and has a dining table. You'll find lots of time saving devices too such as crockpot, high powered juicer, blender and mixer.
Master Suite
The master suite has a king bed with a luxury enhanced pillow top mattress with high quality bedding and pillows. There is a 40 inch HDTV and DVD player, ceiling fan and spacious walk in closet. The master bath has a double vanity unit, corner roman tub and walk in shower cubicle. You will find thick and fluffy high quality towels, a hairdryer and straighteners.
Second King Bedroom
Our second bedroom is bright and sunny and has a luxury upgraded memory top mattress with high quality bedding and feather pillows. The bedroom has a 40 inch HDTV and DVD player, walk in closet, ceiling fan and patio doors that open on to the sun deck.
Harry Potter Room
Our themed Harry Potter room is a magical haven for muggles and wizards alike! We have 'step up' bunk beds with a twin on top and a full bed below. The large walk in closet offers plenty of space and there is a 32 inch television and dvd player. The wizarding theme will thrill all ages from 2 to 92!
Fully Screened Porch
The front of the house has a large fully screened porch that offers a peaceful haven to sit and relax and watch the world go by. Bright and sunny in the mornings, it's the perfect place to sit and have breakfast while you plan for the day ahead. There is wicker seating, a large corner dining nook and a television. Fully screened, the room also has the addition of darkened windows to give you complete privacy and a doorway to the lawn. As we are tucked away in the corner of the community, there is very little passing traffic to disturb the peace and tranquility.
Utility Room
The utility room has a large Maytag washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guarded and Gated Resort
Vista del Lago is a beautiful, extremely well kept manufactured home resort gated and guarded 24 hours a day. You will find an abundance of activities for all ages with three swimming pools, spa & sauna, children's swimming pool, children's playground, several lakes with fishing dock, boat dock and sporting activities, two floodlit tennis courts, two floodlit racquetball courts, four floodlit shuffleboard courts, pool side snack bar, large clubhouse with daily activities, game room with billiards & library, fitness room, craft & ceramic store & workshop, volleyball/badminton, basketball court, free use of sports equipment, daily activities and entertainment, on site Christian Church, covered pavilion, ballroom hosting regular activities, kitchen for pot luck dinners and private parties, stage with piano for events and church service.
Local Stores & Restaurants
At the entrance of the resort you will find 'Shoppes at Vista del Lago' which is home to a selection of stores and restaurants including Pizza Hut, a Chinese Buffet and a Pub/restaurant. There are many more restaurants close by lining the busy US-192 highway and there's a Publix Supermarket close by and a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter just a five minute drive away.
