Here you can really relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in between your visits to all the exciting Orlando attractions.

Our single storey air conditioned villa is furnished to the highest standard and can sleep 8-10 people comfortably, making it ideal for 1 or 2 families.

We have 4 large bedrooms, two of which are master suites with queen or king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms has patio doors opening straight out on to the deck and pool area. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, with an adjoining bathroom, which is ideal for the kids. All of the bedrooms have cable TV and large oversized wardrobes. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area should you need it.

Our pool and deck area is at the rear of the villa. We're lucky not to be directly overlooked by other homes. This adds to the feeling of calm when you relax by the pool. The 28ft pool is a great size for playing with the family or for some morning exercise before a visit to one of the parks. We have plenty of new garden furniture, making this area ideal for chilling out and dining alfresco, making use of our barbecue, plus the lanai fan will keep you cool during the hot Floridian days and evenings. This year, we added a large patio area that is never shaded, whatever the season. The games room with its pool table, air hockey, darts board, foosball, table tennis and cable TV is located in our large garage. This room is great for keeping the kids (and adults) entertained whilst you relax after a hectic day full of activities.

Our Orlando villa is light and spacious, and the open plan living area, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen make it feel even bigger than its 2,600 sq ft. The lounge nowhas a 47 inch digital cable LCD TV with DVD & VCR player (with over 100 DVDs to view) and a Sony PS3 games console(with 10+ games) / Blu-Ray player (Internet enabled) and there is a Sony PS2 games console in one of the bedrooms (with 40+ games). We have a CD/Radio system with iPod dock so you can enjoy all your own music during your stay. We also have high speed wireless internet access and free local, national and worldwide telephone calls. A security alarm will give you peace of mind during your stay.

When you arrive in Orlando there will be no need to travel elsewhere as the keys to Villa Hastings Boulevard will be in the lock box by our front door. During your stay, Eagle Management will be available 24/7 should you have any questions. They won't impose but if you call them or drop into their office 5 minutes up US27, Jen, Veronica or Lloyd will be happy to help you.

A £200/$300 deposit is required to make all reservations. The full rental charge must be paid 10 weeks before arrival (to include a refundable £150/$250 breakages deposit). Pool heating is an optional additional cost of £100/$150 per week. Be aware that sometimes it can take 1-2 days for the pool to warm. Reservations are confirmed once the signed booking form is received and the deposit payment banked. Please read our terms and conditions on the booking form.
