The residential development is a mature area having a spacious feel with wide roadways, sidewalks and a community centre with tennis courts, volley ball, basketball, children's play area and a full size community swimming pool. It is free from all of the distractions of a typical new development construction site.
The home sleeps 8 people in the 4 bedrooms with TWO KING BED MASTERS with ENSUITE.
The bedrooms comprise the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, the third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom also has two twins but has linen to make up a king-size bed when both twins are placed together. There is a third bathroom shared by bedrooms 3 and 4.
All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans as well as the air conditioning system to help you enjoy the environment.
All bedrooms have cable television and the family room entertainment centre has a 36" television with Time Warner Cable including HBO movies. There is also a mini hi-fi system together with DVD facilities. Our small library of books will help when you want to relax from the treks to Disney etc...
We have a FREE high speed Internet access point to allow you to use your laptop to check your web-based emails or browsing the Internet, if required.
Our games room houses the ultimate in fun with a sofa for the spectators... We have a 7ft pool table, twin basketball shootout, foosball, dominos, cribbage, chess, checkers, rummy and playing cards.
Our management company is a local family run business which has a very high standard to maintain as they have been awarded the AAA 3 Diamond Rating Award for their service. They carry out all of our cleaning and they maintain the swimming pool, gardens, air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc to make your stay as enjoyable as we can.
Also for your security we have installed an anti-theft safe for your use whilst staying in the house.

Rates include sales tax but exclude personal insurance, travel, car hire and pool heating.
Nightly rates are the weekly rates divided by 7.
We require a deposit of £125/$200 per week, or part week, plus a completed booking form to secure a booking, with the balance, plus the £250/$300 returnable security deposit payable 11 weeks prior to travel. If the booking is made within 11 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
For guests from the US we accept US transfers or cash into our checking account. For UK guests we accept UK bank transfers, cash into Bank or wire transfers. Guests from other countries pay the rate quoted in US Dollars.
The Damage Warrany insurance payment of £40/$64 is payable with your balance and is non-refundable, which covers breakages and damage up to 1500 USD.
We are happy to take provisional bookings while you are arranging your flights etc, and will hold dates for you for 2-3 working days, with no obligation.
