Indian Point is just a 10 minute drive from all the Disney Parks and just 1 mile from Walmart on the Hwy 192, this give a perfect location for everything you will need during your stay.
This development is one of the newest and was completed 3 years so you have no Construction around and a very modern and well kept location.
Security is always a concern when in a strange place but we are pleased to say that the Indian Point, the area where the villa is located has one of the lowest crime rates in Orlando/Kissimmee, The Indian Point Home Owners Association also employs a Security Company to drive around the sub division at night to keep it that way.
Being a mix of US residents and rental homes the community is kept clean and tidy as there are strict regulations to keep it that way, you will also find it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay.
The private pool has about 100 ft of grassland immediately to the rear so is not overlooked by close villas from behind

Pool heating is charged at $20.00 (£13.00) per day (4 days minimum) or $160.00 (£100.00) per week.

Your balance payment is due eight weeks prior to your vacation.
If booking less than eight weeks in advance, full payment is due when booking.
We can accept payment by cheque/check in £s/$s
or credit card with using Pay-Pal (+ 3% charge)for this service.
