The Formal Living Room
As you enter the villa the first area you encounter is the grand staircase to the second floor and just to the left is the formal living room. An ideal location to enjoy some quiet conversation or curl up with a great novel and listen to the stereo. On the right winter day you can open the sliding door and enjoy that endless source of fresh air that Florida is known for. Central air conditioning and a large ceiling fan assures you year round quiet and comfort. This room also has high speed/wireless internet access.
The Family Room
Located left of the formal living room you find this family size room with views out over the pool and terrace area to the garden.Ceramic tile floors and a large sliding door lead to to the pool and sun terrace. A large screen 50" color television and dvd/vcr combi player are included. Central air conditioning and a large ceiling fan assures you year round quiet and comfort.
The Formal Dining Room
Elegant dining awaits you in this pool side room that seats eight with easy access to the open plan kitchen. With an excellent selection of restaurants only moments away, why cook when you can order in or head down the road to the Publix Grocery store? It includes a full service delicatessen with Ready to Serve gourmet meals for that special evening meal. Just pick them up and deliver them home in minutes.

Gourmet Kitchen
A large family needs a good size kitchen. Every cooking appliance combines with a microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator to make this a truly efficient kitchen. Included are all the dishes and utensils for up to 14 guests. The full size laundry room is located close by to the kitchen. Ceramic tile floors and large counter tops make for easy maintenance and convenience.

Master Bedroom Suite
This very large Master Bedroom has a King size bed and matching suite with a sliding patio door to give direct access to the pool and sun terrace. It also features a comfortable love seat sofa, ceiling fan and a large walk in closet together with a sumptuous ensuite bathroom. In addition to the air conditioning, there is a large ceiling fan. Entertainment is in the form of cable 26" TV and VCR.
The elegant ensuite bathroom features a large and luxurious oval tub, separate large shower cubicle and `his and hers vanitory units, no problems about lack of space in this bathroom.
Master Bedroom # Two
Located near the front living room this private double bedroom has a queen size bed and matching suite, ceiling fan and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. In addition to the air conditioning,a large ceiling fan is fitted. Entertainment is in the form of cable TV and DVD player.
Master Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is a large double bedroom with a queen size bed and colour television and vcr.
This bedroom is just like having a third master bedroom.In addition to the air conditioning, a large ceiling fan is fitted.
Double Bedroom 4
This large bedrooms has acomfortable double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and shares an adjacent full sized third bathroom with bedroom 5.
Triple Bedrooms 5 & 6
Both these bedrooms are large triple bedded rooms both with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Children will love the colorful decor of the Disney bedroom 5, with full size bunk beds and one twin bed.
Older children/teenagers will chill out in the bright colours of bedroom 6 with its three twin beds.
Twin Bedroom 7
This large bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and share a full sized third bathroom with bedroom 6. This large bedroom also enjoys lovely views across the nearby fishing lake and comfortable love seat sofa.

The Swimming Pool and Sun Terrace
What better way to spend those sunny afternoons. This large home also has a large pool and full size sun terrace. The side garden alone is large enough to organize a ball game or round of badminton. The pool has an electric pool heater as an optional extra.
Four lounge chairs and a table set for six (with additional patio chairs)combine with this large family size pool to make this the ideal vacation experience for a large family or group of friends. Night lighting of the pool and sun terrace makes for a truly magical experience after a long day in the Disney parks. Facing true south west this pool gets many hours of Florida sunshine.

At night it is so quiet that you could hardly imagine you are so close to all the Orlando excitement, although you can listen to the fireworks of Disney!
