Our newly completed villa offers one of the finest elevated views in Central Florida. From the directly south-facing pool you have a spectacular panorama covering the fourth green, fifth tee and fairway, ninth fairway and the conservation area beyond and are ideally placed to watch the enchanting sunsets to the west. With the property situated in a cul-de-sac, the pie-shaped plot ensures privacy.
With Disney and other amenities only minutes away, Highlands Reserve offers an ideal base to explore the endless entertainment Orlando has to offer and the golf course development also includes a community pool, playground and tennis court.
The 4-bed 2-bath villa is fully equipped and includes a family room and a reading room which can double as a fifth bedroom. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, with a double-bedded room and two twin-bedded rooms to complete the sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms have TV’s installed and the family room also includes video and DVD. There is a cot, playpen and highchair for our smaller guests! There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fitted with a full sized ceramic top cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit along with all the expected kitchen appliances.A washer and dryer are also available in the utility room.
To the rear of the property is the centerpiece – an extended pool (28’ by 14’) and extended deck with a south-facing aspect and the most incredible elevated views. YOU WILL NOT BE OVERLOOKED – YOU WILL DO THE OVERLOOKING !
To ensure safety for children the pool area also includes the latest recommended safety device – a pool fence. If there are no children in your party this can be simply folded away during your stay.

Peak season prices from $1056.00 / £660.00 per week.

Occupancy is subject to a maximum of 10 persons. Pool heating, if required, will be charged at £18 / $30 per day.
Stays of 5 days or less will incur an additional £50 / $75 cleaning charge.
