The luxury executive pool homes at Cumbrian Lakes back onto a conservation area of 120 acres and with beautiful landscaping around the homes you will be amazed that you can get such a feeling of peace in an area so close to the 'attractions' of Orlando.
Our immaculate villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge with dining area, kitchen with breakfast nook, utility closet, pool and spa, lanai, extended deck area and double garage. The villa is fully air-conditioned to ensure your comfort at all times. There are also ceiling fans in the master suites, lounge and lanai.
As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. The lakeside viewed from our pool area has two superb fountains that are lit in the evenings and both during the day and night (from around 9.00am until 10.00pm only) gently play in the background. It is very relaxing.
There is paved nature trail around one of the Cumbrian Lakes along with a picturesque wooden arched footbridge where you can enjoy a pleasant walk or jog.
