Our home has been furnished with the assistance of an interior designer and we have upgraded on many items to provide you with a truly luxurious villa filled with everything you could dream of for a wonderful stay in Orlando.
The Resort Clubhouse - situated beside the lake in Windsor Hills has a huge Lagoon style swimming pool with water slide, Wet play area, Hot tub, Sundry shop, Exercise room, Games room, Movie theatre and shaded Lanai areas. There are Tennis and Basketball courts, a magical childrens' Play area, mini golf and bar-b-q grills - everything to make your holiday complete.
Formosa Plaza and many shops and restaurants are a few minutes away - without having to get caught up in the traffic of the Highways.
Our new home is situated overlooking the lake and conservation at WINDSOR HILLS - just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse and recreational facilities.
Enjoy chilling out in our swimming pool and spa or enjoy a long cool drink in our shaded lanai - facing out over towards the lake.
We have three bedrooms on the ground floor - two masters with en-suite and a twin themed room with its own separate bathroom.
On the upper floor we have a further master bedroom plus a twin bedroom each with their own own separate bathrooms - thus making our home most suitable for families or friends sharing due to the privacy and space we offer.
Children will love our home particularly the themed bedrooms with colour TVs & DVD players.
We have a games room with air hockey, snooker, basket ball shoot net and toys and games for our younger guests.
We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for the little ones free of charge.
Our pool area has safety fencing and all patio doors are alarmed for safety and security.
Golfers will also discover that this is a great resort and home to stay in due to its close proximity to many Championship courses including Mystic Dunes which is right next door, Championsgate and those being built at Reunion.
With individual bedrooms - all with their own bathroom - our home will provide you with a stay as private as a hotel room but with all the added comforts of a home - and for a fraction of the cost.
Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own home and private pool but will find a great benefit in having a Resort Clubhouse. Children are able to play and families can make friends whilst enjoying the vast array of amenities - all of which are included in your rental price.
We provide you with an ample supply of linen and towels including pool towels and you will find a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan in every room.

1. Optional Pool and Spa Heating per day - $25 or £15.00 plus 13% taxes.
2. Cleaning fee payable for rentals less than 7 nights - $110 or £65 plus 13% taxes.
3. To reserve our home, we require a completed Booking Form and reservation deposit of $260 or £150.00. This sum will be deducted from your final balance and is subject to Booking Conditions.
4. Your final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
5. A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival when you collect your keys. This can be paid by cash, travellers cheques or credit card swipe. See Booking Conditions.
