The home is fully furnished and includes MANY EXTRAS to make your stay even more enjoyable. The private pool can be heated in the winter months and the kids will love all the inflatable toys.
Having young kids ourselves, we have tried to make the villa as 'child friendly' as possible.
Hampton Lakes attracts people back year after year. There are numerous golf courses within a short drive and the villa is only 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Our privately owned villa has 2 Queen size double beds with en-suite facilities, which is great for 2 families. The villa has 2,336 sq ft of living area in addition to an extended pool deck. We also have a Games Room with a slate bed 8’ billiard table, a new Foosball Table and a 7’ air hockey table.
It is located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes development and is perfectly located only 12 miles drive from the Disney Theme Parks. Restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes drive and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away.

The pool area has luxury cushioned pool furniture (chairs & loungers) and we have added a 4-person Spa. The deck area has privacy screening.
Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all utensils. There is also a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms – 2 Queen size double bedrooms with en-suites, TVs with Cable and DVD players, hairdryers, & radio alarms. There are a further 3 twin bedrooms upstairs sharing another a full bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.
In the lounge there is a large TV with Cable and DVD player with films. There is also a portable CD player & CDs.

All rates include taxes & FREE POOL HEATING during the months of September to May.
Peak Dates are Christmas, New Year and Easter when rates are GBP £725 or US $1200 per week (with spa & pool heat included)
A Booking Deposit of GBP £150 or US $225 is required. Balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival date together with a refundable Security Deposit of £200 or $300 (via Credit Card swipe on arrival)
We are happy to take payments in pounds or dollars.
Payment in Euros and CAN $ can also be made if requested at time of booking.
For your security & convenience, the booking deposit can be paid by credit card.
A cleaning fee of £60 or $95 applies for stays of under 6 nights.
