Our 2 storey 5 Bedroom luxury 3.5 bathroom home is located a Crescent Lakes, only 15 mins from Disney, in a large wildlife conservation area. You can relax and enjoy the pool whilst being only minutes away from local stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida.
Within the Crescent Lakes communities and also in walikng distance of our home there are 2 play and picnic areas, with purpose built BBQs as well as a basketball court.
There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Centre. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World.
For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and nightlife.
A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, horse riding, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few.

Dining Nook has full size dining table and a fully equipped kitchen fully equipped Fridge/Freezer with ice maker,Microwave,Dishwasher.All linens towels, etc. are provided.
Upper floor are Bedrooms 3,4 and 5.
Bedroom 3 is the 2nd Master Bedroom with bathroom en-suite, walk in closet.

On the ground floor there is a half bathroom, plus 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and walk in closet.
Upstairs you will find a second master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and built in closet.
4th bedroom has full sized bed with built in closet and the 5th bedroom has twin beds and built in closet and third bathroom.
Large extended pool with Jacuzzi and pool deck.
To top up the sun tan with a shaded area for those that wish to escape the hot afternoon sun.
Separate utility room with washer & dryer, ironing board and iron. Ample parking space on drive.
if required free of any rental charges, Crib and high chair.
Patio doors leading to the pool area which has a child safety fence around the pool. Home also has Security Alarm .

Excludes pool heating, if pool heat required cost would be either $25 per day minimum of 4 days or $170.00 per week.
Payments can be made by either Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheques,Wire Transfer.
If making payment via, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Switch Cards. there would be a 3.00% admin charge levied.
