look pool area.

dining area which is right next to the open plan kitchen
for convenience. Table will comfortably seat 6 adults. All
crockery and cutlery is supplied.

Eat
in kitchen containing all the appliances you would expect
in your own home. Full-size dishwasher, range, microwave,
kettle, coffee maker, double bowl sink, waste disposal,
toaster, fridge/freezer with icemaker, pots, pans and a
full range of utensils and cutlery.

Master
suite has a King bed, dresser, bachelor chest, bedside tables
with lamps, remote TV, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, patio
door to pool area and access to master bathroom (see below).

Master
bathroom has his and hers basins, WC, large walk in shower
and separate bath tub.

Bedroom
2 has full size bed, large cupboards, batchelor chest, bedside
tables and lamps, TV and Playstation.

Bedroom
3 Winnie the Pooh themed room with twin beds, side table
and lamp, large cupboards and TV.

Guest/pool
bathroom has single basin, WC, bathtub with shower over
and access to and from the pool area.

The
pool is unusually large for a 3 bedroom house. Perfect shape
for swimming. South facing and very private. The deck is
huge with plenty of space all around the pool. Unlike most
you can have the sun loungers at the back of the pool. Making
sure you get full use of the Florida sunshine.

Upgraded
pool furniture is plentiful and very comfortable. We have
a large covered Lanai making this the perfect area for chilling
out and drink Margaritas.
The pool has underwater lighting.
For
those with little ones we have alarms on all doors to the
pool area. these will warn an adult if a door is opened.

Our
management company cleans the pool and balances chemicals
on a weekly basis. This ensures a crystal clear pool through
out your stay. For the winter months we have a mains gas
pool heater. This will heat the pool to a minimum temp of
84 degrees.
