Loma Linda is situated on the County Rd. 54 (now called the Ronald Reagan Parkway) and is around 10 mins drive from the Disney Main Gate, near enough to come back for an afternoon swim, before returning for the parades, yet far enough away from the bustle to quietly relax. Many of the streets are cul-de-sac so passing traffic is minimal. Building on the community started in the early 90s & construction has been complete for over 10 years, so no noise or dust from ongoing building work.Although initially many homes were short-term rental properties, the mix now is predominately residential. The advantages to this are neighbourhood watch schemes, friendly residents who keep an eye on our properties for us, always someone around to ask advice or directions from & a community safe for children.There is only one entry/exit to the sub-division, adding to the safe environment.With the opening of the Champions Gate Golf Community and a new road 5 minutes drive away, access to the I4 takes only minutes. As there is a Publix supermarket on that site, together with fast food outlets, a Chinese restaurant/take away & an Italian bistro there is no need to worry about supplies.All the properties are single story (bungalow) with good size plots giving a spacious, not overlooked feel. There is a small children's play area on the sub-division.This is a mature community, there are lots of trees & shrubs, most of the residents have spent time on the gardens so there is always plenty of colour.If you visit during the Christmas period you will see the houses adorned with lights, figures & decorations giving a wonderful festive feel.
