The brand new gated community of Regal Palms is situated just off Highway 27, 3 miles south from Highway 192 and is an easy 12 mile drive to the Walt Disney World Resort.It is adjacent to the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Club and benefits from round the clock security and check-in facilities. Access to Regal Palms will be strictly controlled using an electronic key entry system for your extra security. The community is made up of Spanish Style 3 and 4 Bedroom Townhouses all of which are privately owned so you can enjoy all the comforts of home and still enjoy lots of resort amenities.The houses are all decorated and furnished to the same high standard throughout but individual home owners add their own personal touch. The Resort features a 2.5 acre Tropical Pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub and poolside tiki bar. It has a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Towels and inflatable's have been provided around the pool area and there are plenty of loungers for sun-bathing, the numerous palm trees provide the shade and you really do feel away from it all. 2 tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a fully equipped fitness suite and a children's playground can keep all members of your party occupied. For ultimate in relaxation The Regal Palms Spa will offer a selection of massage and beauty treatments, ideal for winding down as a holiday in Orlando can be very hectic. There is no need to drive for an evening out as there is a Clubhouse and Restaurant. The Sportsbar broadcasts live sporting events from around the world so you will not miss an important game or match.The Pool area has been open since July 2004 and the resort’s Clubhouse with full resort amenities is due to open January 2005.
