The 2004 MAME Awards proved to be a windfall for Park Square Homes, as the company took home a total of six major awards at the ceremony. These awards included: Best Community for the Terra Verde Resort, Best Marketing Program, Sales Director of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, Rookie Salesperson of the Year, as well as the coveted Grand Award.

Terra verde Resort Clubhouse in Orlando received a 2004 Excel Award from the Florida Home Builders Association and Marketing Council for best architectural design of resort space, Park Square Homes Inc.
