The villa comprises four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms both comprising; bath, shower and toilet. There is a lounge, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a breakfast seating area. The double garage houses a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer as well as games table. There is a large pool located in the screened area which spans the back of the house. The pool area is South to South West facing so has the benefit of being bathed in sunlight for most of the day. Various pool games and inflatables are provided for the guests use as well as BBQ facilities.
Free long distance calls and internet (plus wi-fi) access is provided at the home.
The house is managed by an experienced and locally based management company which provides 24hr support for guests.

Our home comprising 4 bedroom is ideally suited to two families of 4 as the layout offers both communal and private areas. The floor of the house is stone tiled throughout with the exception of the 4 bedrooms which are carpeted.
The lounge contains cable television (including VCR and DVD/CD players) and a stereo system. It also contains the Internet (Ethernet) and a wireless hub. There is a variety of books, videos, music CD’s and tapes for guests to enjoy. There is also a selection of card and board games. One of the two sofas converts to a bed which sleeps two people (this increases sleeping capacity in the home to 10 people).
There is a dining table and chairs which will sit 6 people comfortably. Chairs from the Breakfast room area can be used to increase seating capacity to 8-10 people.
There is a glass table and four chairs. Access to the laundry facilities and games area is via the breakfast area. The games area comprises a soccer table and dart board.
The fully equipped kitchen contains Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Cooker as well as a full range of utensils and crockery. The kitchen also has a bar/server y associated with it and has four high swivel chairs.
Double Georgian doors lead from the lounge out on to the partially covered (shaded) patio area. Here, the good-sized private swimming pool slopes gently to a depth of approx. 2.25 metres, with steps at one end for easy entry. It also has a heater, which can be used in the cooler months and underwater floodlighting for moonlight bathing. The pool is SSW facing so has the benefit of the sun from early morning until sunset. Pool furniture provided includes sun-loungers plus patio tables and chairs. The entire pool area is fully enclosed with screening, thus enabling guests to sit outside after dark, insect free. The pool overlooks a conservation area which when water is present attracts various wildlife especially birds. There is also a BBQ provided for guests use.
The four bedrooms comprise a master bedroom (with queen size double bed) and three rooms with two single beds in each. One of the singles rooms has cable television provided and also a Nintendo player with a selection of games.
There are two bathrooms at our home. The master en-suite has a bath (tub) plus spacious separate shower cubical. Also two sinks within a vanity unit. There is a door that leads to the pool area. The second bathroom has bath (tub) with integral shower, a vanity with one sink. Both bathrooms have WC’s.
The front of the house is partially shaded by trees and foliage. There is also a bird table which when stocked with bird food attracts many different species of garden birds.
There is a guest book provided which covers all aspects of the home to ensure that you take advantage of what is offered both within the home and locally in terms of park attractions and places to visit. There is also an instructions folder in case you need help with operating any of the appliances within the home.
Telephone calls to the US and Canada are free of charge as is the Internet (including wireless). Iron / ironing board, hairdryer are provided for guests use. A large combination safe is provided to store valuables such as currency, passports and Tickets. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
