Wow…..what a restaurant is how I would descried this restaurant where do I start.

To make it clear I am not a fan of steak, and this was our 2nd visit to this restaurant the 1st time I ordered a 16oz pork chop and was blow away by the service and the quality of the food.

Well let’s start where we did in the bar, we ordered drinks and went and sat and started to study the menu while we waited for our table to readied.

Before we had finished our drinks our waitress came and collected us to be seated, where upon hot rolls and butter was brought out to us, if I know what I know now I would have left mine and let the kids tuck in further. For starters we ordered a mix platter which included and here is the reason why Alligator having never had it before thought this would be the ideal time to try it, and yes it does taste like chicken.

For our main courses the kids ordered cheese burgers and fries, but this is the first wow what they got looked and tasted like no burger we have had before it was full of taste and flavour and was huge.

We were on holiday with a family friend and were complete hog’s with our main course we both ordered the 32oz porterhouse steak yes a 32oz steak we came to our senses just in time, and did not order fries but we did order two side dishes of fresh sautéed mushrooms and onions which we shared.

My wife also ordered a steak but she could not face the 32oz so she ordered a Filet Mignon which was cooked to perfection, was so tender it almost melted in her mouth.

The restaurant is located at 7725 W Highway 192, Orlando FL34736, their telephone number is 001 407 396 1166 from the UK. They cook all their meat on large open pit grill, which generates this wonderful oak aroma which fills the whole eating area, but does not create a smokey atmosphere. The ceiling has wonderful hand painted sky effect with Ivy climbing up to the ceiling.

We will certainly re-visit this restaurant again, it is slightly more expensive than most steak houses in Orlando but as a last night trip, it leaves a wonderful memory and a longing to visit Florida again (if needed).
